Eclipse DOT | From Idea to Execution | 📍 Remote (w/ Travel)💼 Full Time
Mission
Eclipse DOT runs high-impact events that bring together leaders from companies that use vehicles and want to grow, lead well, and run strong operations.
We’re looking for an Event & Community Coordinator who can take an event from a blank page to a packed room—and then help turn attendees into long-term community members.
This role owns everything event-related: planning, promotion, partnerships, execution, and follow-through. If you’re organized, creative, and comfortable running point, this seat is for you.
What You’ll Own
- Coordinate all Eclipse DOT events from start to finish (live, virtual, workshops, partner events)
- Build event timelines, checklists, budgets, and run-of-show plans
- Coordinate venues, travel, speakers, vendors, and on-site logistics
- Help market events through email, social, partnerships, and outreach
- Work directly with partners and associations to co-host and promote events
- Manage event registrations, communication, and attendee experience
- Be on-site (or live) and fully in charge when events happen
- Handle post-event follow-up, feedback, and improvement planning
- Help grow and engage the Eclipse DOT community beyond the event itself
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts at once
- Clear communicator who keeps things moving
- Creative enough to help promote events, practical enough to execute them
- Confident working with partners, sponsors, and vendors
- Willing to take ownership and solve problems without being asked
- Values integrity, teamwork, and doing work that matters
You’ll Be a Great Fit If
- You enjoy planning but love execution even more
- You can market an event and then run it
- You like partnerships and relationship-building
- You thrive in growing companies where things move fast
- You see gaps and fill them instead of pointing them out
Why Eclipse DOT
- Mission-driven company with real impact
- Clear core values: Extreme Ownership, Integrity, Drive, Innovation, Positive Energy, and Faith
- Real responsibility, not busywork
- Room to grow as the events and community expand
- Straightforward leadership and a solid team
Location: Remote, with travel required for events.
