Mission 

Client Care Professionals are the backbone of Eclipse DOT. This role keeps clients confident, informed, and moving forward—especially when things get busy or complicated.

We’re looking for a Client Care Professional (CCP) who can manage details, communicate clearly, and take ownership of client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support. You’ll work behind the scenes and at live events to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage assigned client accounts from onboarding through ongoing service
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Track deadlines, documentation, and follow-ups accurately
  • Keep client records organized, complete, and up to date
  • Coordinate internally to ensure client needs are handled correctly
  • Support clients and internal teams during live and virtual events
  • Identify issues early and help resolve them before they escalate
  • Represent Eclipse DOT with professionalism and care in all interactions
