They called it the Rocky Mountain Regional Safety Rendezvous.
We call it a big wake-up call.
From August 6–8, 2025, at the Holiday Inn in Cody, Wyoming, safety leaders, enforcement officials, and compliance brains from across five states pulled up their boots and got to work. And even though Eclipse DOT wasn’t in the room, we were paying close attention—because events like this shine a giant spotlight on the difference between playing defense and building a safety-first culture that wins every time.
The Longest-Running Safety Event You’ve Never Heard Of
This wasn’t some small-time hotel lobby gathering with stale coffee and laminated name tags. The 66th Annual Rocky Mountain Regional Safety Rendezvous brought together regulators and fleet leaders from Montana, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado—all with one thing in mind:
Keep people alive. Keep companies protected. Keep compliance real.
They kicked things off with a private welcome reception at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West (fitting, right?) and rolled straight into jam-packed sessions on:

Let’s be honest—this wasn’t a feel-good conference.
It was a boots-dirty, notebook-full, “Holy crap, we better fix that” kind of gathering.
