Revolutionize Your Business with Russell Brunson’s Value Ladder Strategy: Unleash Your Entrepreneurial Calling and Create Positive Impact.

Hey everyone! It’s Dan Greer and I’m here to share some knowledge bombs from the king of ClickFunnels, Russel Brunson. I’ve learned a ton from this guy and I’m excited to pass on some of his wisdom to you all.

So, we all want our businesses to be successful, right? And one of the ways we can do that is by building a value ladder. Y’all ready to take your biz to the next level?

A value ladder is like a map to success. It’s got value on one axis and price on the other. As the value goes up, so does the price. 

You can’t expect someone to buy your fanciest offer just because they know you. 

That’s why the value ladder is so important. It’s a way to get your customers in the door with a low-cost offer and then gradually move them up to your higher-priced options. 

Let me give you an example from my own business, Eclipse DOT. The first step in our value ladder is all the free stuff we offer, like blog posts, webinars, and our podcast (which, by the way, I record in my basement with a cheap mic from Amazon. So, you don’t need to break the bank to provide value).

Next up, we have a free micro-audit. We’ll take a look at their DOT program and give them advice on what they need to do to be in compliance.

You see how we are not just asking for their money, we’re giving them value first.

After that, we move on to our continuity programs which are subscriptions that keep our customers up-to-date on DOT compliance regulations. With our software, we’re all about keeping our customers 100% compliant.

Next up the ladder, we have our Masterclass programs which range from $97 to $997 and give our customers the expertise they need to be the best in DOT compliance, leadership, and so many other topics. And, we don’t just sell them a course and forget about them. We offer newsletters, 1-on-1 calls and more to make sure they’re getting their money’s worth.

Towards the top of the ladder, we have our annual live event. It’s a 4-day party with high-value speakers and we offer discounts to our customers at every level. We’re also starting a group coaching program with weekly calls and exclusive training.

That’s the next step up after the live events!

And finally, we have our inner circle. This is where you get personal access to me and bi-monthly meetings. This is our most premium offer and it’s for customers who want to take their compliance, leadership and business skills to the next level.

I believe that building a community is just as important as building a successful company. I want to use my business to make a positive impact in people’s lives and I believe God has called me to do so.

Unfortunately, I see too many business owners who are only interested in selling their companies without considering the impact on their community. But, as entrepreneurs, we have the power to create change in our communities by genuinely investing in the lives of those around us.

So, that’s the value ladder folks. I hope it makes a difference in your business like it has in mine. 

And remember, the key is to give your customers value, even if they’re not paying for it.
